EFCC NABS THREE ALLEGED VOTE BUYERS IN ANAMBRA

OperativesOperatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have apprehended three individuals suspected of engaging in vote buying across different locations in Anambra State.

‎Those arrested include:

‎1. Emeka Ilokasia at Ward 2 in Njikoka LGA, and Nwachukwu Loretta at Ward 2 (008) in Awkuzu, Oyi LGA.

‎2. Emuka Chuwudi at Umunachi village in Dunukofia LGA.

‎They were reportedly caught in the act during the governorship election conducted on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

‎According to the EFCC, the suspects will be arraigned in court once ongoing investigations are completed.
