Gabriel Martinelli Not in Talks to Join Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr, Reports Confirmed False.

Recent speculation linking Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli with a move to Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, where Cristiano

Ronaldo currently plays, has been dismissed as inaccurate.

      Background

Martinelli, a Brazil international, has made 225 appearances for Arsenal and scored 51 goals. Despite his contributions, there have been questions about his long-term future at the club. Arsenal are reportedly eyeing fellow Brazilian Rodrygo from Real Madrid, who has seen reduced playing time in Spain.

Amid these developments, some reports suggested that Ronaldo would welcome Martinelli at Al-Nassr and that the club was prepared to invest heavily in the transfer. However, those rumors appear to be unfounded.

      Clarification from Romano

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano addressed the situation on social media platform X, stating:

“Reports about Gabriel Martinelli and Al-Nassr are currently wide of the mark. No talks are taking place with the Saudi Pro League side, as Al-Nassr are focusing on other winger targets.”

     Martinelli’s Future

The 23-year-old still has two years remaining on his Arsenal contract. While he is expected to remain part of Mikel Arteta’s plans for another Premier League title push, ongoing transfer rumors hint that a move could be considered in the near future.
