Israel Shuts Down Embassies Worldwide Amid Military Strikes on Iran.

Israel has temporarily closed all its diplomatic missions around the world due to ongoing military operations in Iran, according to a statement released by its Foreign Ministry on Friday.

As a result, Israeli citizens abroad will not have access to consular services. The ministry advised citizens overseas to fill out an online form to update their current location and personal status. It also encouraged those in urgent need to reach out directly to the ministry’s emergency situation room.

Additionally, Israelis abroad were warned to avoid showing national symbols, posting identifiable information or travel plans on social media, and attending large public gatherings connected to Israel.

Earlier the same day, Israel launched a major military offensive targeting several Iranian military sites, including nuclear facilities. Iranian media reported that high-ranking military officials were killed in the attacks, including Chief of Staff Mohammad Bagheri and Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Commander Hossein Salami.

In response, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, promised retaliation, declaring that Israel had invited severe consequences.
