Osun PDP Senators Back Tinubu for 2027 Presidential Election.

On Tuesday, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senators representing Osun State declared their full support for President Bola Tinubu as their preferred candidate in the 2027 presidential election.

In a joint statement, Senators Kamarudeen Oyewumi (Osun West), Olubiyi Ajagunla (Osun Central), and Francis Fadahunsi (Osun East) expressed their unified support for Tinubu, citing his achievements in governance, economic reforms, and infrastructure development as key reasons for their endorsement.

The decision was made following a strategic meeting, where the senators commended the President’s performance, especially improvements in national security and reduced food prices, attributing these changes to effective policy implementation.

Speaking on behalf of their constituents, the senators emphasized their belief in Tinubu’s leadership, calling his agenda “visionary and progressive.” They stressed that their support was unanimous and without internal disagreement.

They also encouraged the President to continue and expand on his developmental efforts for the benefit of Nigerians.
